Tweeperenboom rents out spaces full of character in the village. A village is an uncluttered place in the world that lets you experiment. We’ve chosen Winksele, on the outskirts of Leuven, because all new learning happens “on the outskirts” of what you already know and do. What’s more, Winksele is easily accessible, so you can return as often as you like. We cordially invite you here to meet, learn, gather and make breakthroughs. Our meeting rooms on the village square are the perfect place for it!
Winksele lies within the Leuven-Mechelen-Brussels triangle and is very easily accessible. The train station of Veltem is 800 meters away, there’s a bus stop in front of our door, and from E314/E40, you’re a 5-minute drive away. Winksele is located between Brusselsesteenweg and Mechelsesteenweg, and along the F3 Brussels-Leuven bicycle highway. Parking is easy and free of charge in Winksele. You can use the parking spaces next to the church square or the large parking lot at the Warot Sports Center.
Want to get some air or stretch your legs? The spacious patio areas, the covered roof terrace, the green garden or the lovely village square right at our door are available to our guests. We’ll be glad to recommend walking routes in the area, through the picturesque village center and along fields, sunken lanes and forests.
Want a full breakfast with yogurt and home-made granola, a lasagna buffet, a quiche with fresh salad or a reception to conclude the day? The restaurant in De Smederij will be glad to provide all of the catering for your meeting. Their dishes are prepared with love, and they provide your plate with as many seasonal local products as possible. You choose in advance what you want to eat – Jana will ensure that it’s ready at the right time. We’ll take your dietary requirements or allergies into account.
Out and about with your team and wish you could do something different? Perhaps an active workout in our garden or a quiet yoga session in your own space? Laser tag or an escape room? Or would you prefer food pairing at Brouwerij Adept around the corner? Or just keeping it simple and opting for a (brisk) walk in the area? We’ll gladly offer advice and work out a tailor-made proposal. Just ask!
Attending a multi-day training course at Tweeperenboom? Don’t feel like being on the road for a long time in the morning? Contact us – we’ll be glad to provide you with a nice place to spend the night. We work together with B&B Mollekesberg, Bertem Natuur, Martin’s Klooster and the Oude Abdij in Kortenberg.
After over 25 years of experience in the trade at AB Inbev and Duvel-Moortgat, Dimitri Staelens now brews his own beers – at Brouwerij Adept in De Smederij, right around the corner from Tweeperenboom! With a plant that brews up to 1000 liters at a time, you can count on a lot of tasty beers! Dimitri will introduce you to the mystery of brewing and will let you taste Adept and Winxel (single-, double- or triple-X strength) straight from the kettle.
