We offer two types of formulas: a subscription for a fixed weekly moment or a package of 4 free to be planned at your convenience visits.
A subscription for a fixed weekly moment
- You book a fixed weekly part of the day. This can be a morning, an afternoon, or an evening. Weekends are also possible.
- The room of your choice will be free for you. Also you can plan in clients without having to check the availability with us first.
- Payments are requested on a monthly basis. You can cancel for free until two weeks before the start of the next month.
- The rate of a monthly subscription is 125 EUR (VAT excl.).
- Included: the room, a flipchart and markers, WIFI, coffee, thee and water for you and one or two clients.
- The waiting area next to the staircase is also at your disposal. This can be convenient if you are welcoming multiple clients.
A package of 4 free to be planned at your convenience visits
- With this card you can book a room four times, each time during one hour. This is a flexible formula: you can book these four hours whenever you want.
- Don’t forget to check the availability of the room with us. This is possible until the day of the booking. In this case just give us a call: it’s the fastest way to reach us.
- You can cancel for free up until 5 days before the booking.
- Four free to be planned visits will cost you 62 EUR (excluding VAT).
- Included: The room, a flipchart and markers, WIFI, coffee, thee and water for you and one or two clients.
- The waiting area next to the staircase is also at your disposal. This can be convenient if you are welcoming multiple clients.
- Tip: if you want to book these four hours on the same day, the rate for a half day is cheaper!
